Safe and proper repairs are vital every time a vehicle enters your shop, and there is no better way to ensure you are following proper repair procedures than by learning them direct from the OEMs.

At Toyota, educating the industry is a top priority and one they focus on through their Collision Repair and Refinishing Training program. Toyota will also be presenting a training course during the upcoming NACE/CARS event in Detroit later this month.

James Meyer, senior collision training administrator with Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. James is an ASE-certified Master Collision Repair Technician and an instructor for the Toyota Collision Repair & Refinishing Training program at the West Caldwell, NJ campus, talks with Motor Age about Toyota’s training opportunities and what is to come during the presentation at NACE.
